Last year

I just went and read last years post made on this day. I had found out 1 year ago today that I was DTC. I was so excited about that.
For the most part that is the only difference between the two posts. I still talk about buying things for the baby, should I do the room or not?!?! Still don't feel pregnant and now it's been a year!!!!!!!
I can at least say it's gone pretty fast.

Another month gone by

It looks like we are still on the slow road to China! Referrals cam out thru 10/24/05. My agency got none this month. That puts my referral date at almost exactly 5 months from where they just ended. If they were doing a month at a time we would get our referral in August. But it doesn't look like that is going to happen. At this rate it's looking like this time next year. We are still not giving up hope for our baby girl to come home this year.
Eventually we will really need to get started on her room. I keep putting it off. It may be good for me to do now. /maybe this summer. I've been slacking on my Secret Pals to. Last month I sent 3 months worth of gifts. I think many of them are doing the same. I never received my gift for the last 2 months of the hair accessory swap.I'm not really mad, I know it gets hard, you have good intentions they just get away from you. Now- my secret pal is the best ever! She is always on time, buys perfect gifts, always includes Ivy. I'm so lucky to have her as part of this experience. I can't wait to find out who she is. I hope I get to meet her. maybe in China.
